Agree the scope before work starts.
A site review helps establish access, working hours, existing services and any restrictions affecting the programme. We set out the proposed works and pricing basis, coordinate procurement and trades, and keep you informed of progress and decisions. Where a building remains in use, phasing and separation of the works need to be agreed around its operation.
Can you work from a tender pack?
Yes. Send the drawings, specification or schedule of works, the site location and return deadline. We will review the requirements and clarify any gaps before pricing.
